Phelan. Originally from the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area Bill and Brenda were full timers for 14 years. Now
they call Lakeland, Florida home. They may be found in the Florida area or anywhere a rally or trade show might
take them. Bill & Brenda have been in this business for 20 years are very fussy about their work and want
it to be RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They enjoy it immensely....especially the people. Look for them in the Prevost H340
